From first contact to final delivery
Initial inquiry and first consultation
Reach out by form, phone, or in-store visit. Share a rough idea of what you're hoping for and what's bothering you most — we'll clarify what to work through in the sessions ahead. Online meetings are available too.
Mapping your lifestyle and vision
We put into words your daily flow, storage needs, preferred atmosphere, and color tendencies. We also ask about what furniture you already have and what you'd like to keep, so the next session can move faster.
Setting direction and rough costs
We lock in furniture candidates, layout options, and the scope of work, then move to a rough cost breakdown by priority. We take the time to walk you through everything until it makes sense.
Sourcing, delivery, and setup
With your approval, we move to sourcing, delivery, and installation. If you have move-in dates, upcoming guests, or building regulations to consider, let us know in advance so we can plan around them.
After-delivery follow-up
If something feels off once you're living with it, or you want to add a few finishing touches, just ask. We don't handle major renovations, but layout tweaks and next-step conversations are always welcome.

It happens more often than you'd think, and that's completely fine. We realign priorities and swap out options as things evolve. For any major changes, we always make sure we're on the same page before placing any orders.
It depends on the items and the terms involved. Options include a deposit upfront, full payment before delivery, or installment arrangements. We'll walk you through the specifics at the first session and provide itemized breakdowns as needed.
We'll go through your building's rules together — what's allowed for drilling or wall mounting, how heavier pieces can be brought in, and how to handle wall surfaces. At the furniture selection stage, we can also steer toward options that won't create headaches later.
Large-scale renovations and plumbing work fall outside our scope. We focus on furniture sourcing, delivery, placement, and light assembly. For anything where the line is unclear, sharing your floor plan or photos of the space in advance helps us map it out.
